Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. |

Using grassroots knowledge to manage and coordinate extended sales |

Manage and oversee daily activities of marketing team |

Excellent command of both written and oral communication in English. |
